Terms and Conditions:
Greylink Co. Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Haype, follow Thai laws and regulations. To place an order, the customer must be 18 years of age or have a guardian’s consent. All prices are stated including VAT and are stated in Thai Baht and USD.
Ordering
Our products can be ordered via www.haype.co, e-mail, phone or via one of our accounts on social media. The order is answered with a written order confirmation via email. Only when the order confirmation has been received by the customer is the order binding from our side.
We reserve the right to refuse customer purchases. All orders are binding. Should you place an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
When ordering an item that is not in stock, we note the remaining balance and contact you. When the product is back in stock, we will send it to you. If you do not want the backlisted item, you can always contact us and we will cancel the order.
We reserve the right for VAT increases and other price changes over which we have no control.
Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries wihin Thailand are sent fully traceable with Thailand Post EMS. The normal delivery time is between 2-4 days. Order to other countries are sent via Thailand Post as regular mail, delivery times can vary. Check with us for expected delivery time.
In the event of a delay in our delivery to you, we will contact you by email. If the delay is extensive, you have the right to cancel the purchase. In rare cases, situations may arise that make it impossible for us to deliver the ordered item to you. This could be that our suppliers do not fulfill the commitments they have towards us. We reserve the right to waive compensation to the customer in such situations or in the event of delivery delays.
For orders over THB 499, your item is sent free of shipping charge. In all other cases, a shipping fee of THB 50 is added. This is charged in connection with the purchase.
If for some reason you do not collect your delivery from your agent, you must pay the costs for return shipping and other costs that are added.
Open purchase & Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period starts to apply from the day you as a customer receive the product.
If you regret your purchase, it is important that you notify us and return your item to us within 14 days from the day you received the item. Notify us is via email.
You as a customer pay the return shipping yourself and the item you return to us must be in essentially unchanged condition. Haype reserves the right to charge the customer if an item is not returned in unchanged condition. Should the item be damaged or lost during shipping back to us, the customer is responsible for the risk and will be charged for the lost or damaged item. Returns sent cash on delivery will not be redeemed.
Exchanges & complaints
If you have received an item and want to exchange it for another item, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. Then let us know which product you want to change to and in which color and size and we will reserve it/them for you.
Then send the item you want to exchange to us at the address above, as soon as we receive your returned item, we will send out the item you want to exchange to you. Don’t forget to send the order confirmation back to us so we can easily see which order it applies to. We always covers the return shipping for your first exchange. You can also make your exchange in one of our stores.
If your package has visible damage when you are about to pick it up, make a complaint to Thailand Post directly on the spot and ask them to return the package to us.
If you discover any damage or defect to the item in your package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then send you a new identical item if this is still in stock. Should it be out of stock, you may choose another product of the same value or your money back. Of course, we are responsible for all costs in connection with the complaint.
Should you have received the wrong item in your package, contact us as soon as you can and we will correct it and send you the correct item free of charge.
Cookies
When you visit this website, cookies are saved on your computer. These cookies are so-called session cookies and are used to keep track of your login (if you are logged in) and your shopping cart when you shop. Session cookies are not stored for a long time on your computer, but disappear when you close your browser.

Handling of personal data
Haype handles your personal data with the utmost care. This is so that we can give you a positive experience when you shop with us.
In order for us to be able to process your purchase with us, it is required that we process certain personal data about you. If you as a customer do not leave these, you will unfortunately not be able to complete the purchase with us. The personal data that we process about you as a customer are only data that you yourself have chosen to provide to us when, e.g. a purchase.
At the same time, for statutory reasons, we must process and save your personal data. This data is processed for seven (7) years in accordance with the accounting act and money laundering legislation.
We do not save any payment information from you as a customer such as card number or similar. This data is stored by our payment service provider who is also the independent personal data controller for your treatments and informs you separately about how they process your data.
As a customer, you always have the right to:
- Upon request, get access to your personal data.
- Get incorrect personal data corrected.
- Be able to have your personal data deleted.
- Have the opportunity to object to the personal data being used for automated decision-making and profiling.

Storage time
Haype stores personal data as long as the Customer is a customer of Haype and – provided the Customer does not request that the personal data be deleted earlier – for a period of no more than three (3) years after the Customer’s last purchase. If the Customer subscribes to our newsletter, the personal data is saved until the Customer cancels the subscription, provided that no purchase is made during that time. To the extent that Haype is obliged to save according to law or authority regulation.
We save the following personal data on our customers:

First name, Last name, Company/organization, E-mail, VAT number, Address, Postcode, City, Country, Telephone number.
Orders:
IP address, E-mail, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Surname, Address, Postal code, City, Telephone number.
As a customer, you can request an extract, change or deletion of your personal information at any time.
